- Comes up and organizing contests for the readers and the team to participate in.
- Collaborates with the team to establish judging committees to determine winners and runners up of the contests.
- Previous contests as example: Summer 2025 Creative Writing Contest and Summer 2025 Cover Photo Contests.
- Organizes and maintains Ex Curia’s financial records.
- Maintains communication with the AELCSS concerning the funding.
- Researches and applies for funds and grants for Ex Curia to continue its work.
- Assists with the creation and solidification of Ex Curia’s website.
- Is managed by the Website Managing Editor to regularly update the website.
